• Click on the above download
• A "File Download" window will appear and ask what you would like to do with this file. Choose to "Save Program to Disk" and click "Ok"
• A "Save AS" window will appear and ask where you would like to put this file. In the "File Name" box enter "C:\winst\mg_update.exe" (without the quotes) then click "Save"
• Wait for the download to finish
• On your windows desktop click the "START" button, then choose "RUN". In the "Open" box enter "C:\winst\mg_update.exe" (without the quotes), then click "Ok"
• A "WinZip Self-Extractor" window will open. In the "Unzip to Folder" box enter "C:\winst" (without the quotes), then click "unzip"
• Wait for the unzip to finish
• Start Minnesota Gambler
• A box asking if you would like to run the "update databases" should open. Click "OK". If this box does not open go to "Files" and then "Update Databases"
• It should now ask if you would like to "reindex your dbases", click "Ok". If it does not, go to "Utilities" and then "Re-index dbase files"
• Go to "Help" and "about" to check your version, you should be running the newest version.
